Medway Advice Service
At The Hub Medway Advice Service, we provide free, confidential and impartial advice to all University of Greenwich and University of Kent students studying at the Medway Campus.
Our aim is to empower you by providing quality and timely advice so that you can make an informed decision. We are independent of the universities and are your Students' Union presence on the Medway Campus.

Advice We Offer
Advice is offered on:
- Academic (includes appeals, complaints, fitness to practise, support to study, misconduct, and discipline)
- Housing (includes checking tenancies, tenancy issues, concerns with landlords, and deposit protection)
- Finance (includes funding, hardship, bursaries/scholarships, budgeting, and state benefits)
- General (includes extenuating circumstances, wellbeing signposting, student engagement, and signposting to other support agencies)
