EU and International Students
When studying in the UK you may require a wide range of support and guidance. Some of the main areas we think may be beneficial are listed below.
Immigration/Visa Advice
If you're a student with the University of Kent then you can access the Kent Union Advice Service for advice on immigration and visas.
Students studying with the University of Greenwich should contact their International Student Advice Service for advice on immigration and visas.
Greenwich Student Union Global Programme
A wide range of support and guidance on coming to the UK and adapting to a new country is provided via the GSU Global Programme. View their webpages for useful information as an overseas student studying in the UK.
UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA)
UKCISA have a wealth of information and guidance you can access on preparing to study and live in the UK, orientation to the UK, as well as preparation for when you return back to your Home country.
They also have very handy information and guidance ranging from opening a UK bank account to what a UK TV Licence is and if you need to purchase one.
If you ever needed independent advice they also operate a dedicated Student Advice Line.
